Two Dimensional Design is one of the first courses in the Fine Arts program. Along with Basic Drawing it is a prerequisite for many studio courses. 2D is an introduction to art and design using traditional cut and paste and digital media. Topics focus on the basic elements of design and their application to making art. The class typically works entirely in black and white, with a few exceptions.
