There are numerous painting classes at RVCC. The students explore painting techniques using acrylic , oil paint and watercolor. Aesthetics, color theory and methods of applying paint will be explored through creative problems. Self-expression will be encouraged. Assignments will cover various subject matter, including still life, figure model, landscape, and abstraction.
